Where do you ship from?

Our warehouses are located in the United States mainly. The shipping origin depends on your address and item availability. For US customers, packages primarily ship from our US warehouse.

How long does it take for shipping?

Usually, it takes 5-10 days for shipping. However, it varies from countries and shipping methods. For more details, please check our shipping info.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We are sorry to hear but we don't accept return for this cause as each items is produced once we receive order. Please read our refund/returns policy for details.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before your recieve fulfilled email. After this we are unable to stop the production and delivery process.

When will my order be shipped out?

Typically, orders are dispatched within 5-7 days. Occasionally, there might be a delay of 1-3 days due to unforeseen factors beyond our control.

I received wrong item(s), what should I do?

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
